You have been helpful to me in the past, e.g. telling me how to do a tracert, which I forwarded to Rogers Cable. I guess that I'm just not smart enough to understand why my cable modem can be lightning quick for several days and then bog down for 2 weeks - taking sometimes a minute to load a page.
