Bill, I cannot understand your interpretation. My clock is fixed. I have the Disk 4 (Test Disk). Did you download the software? Did you get it from PINC and register it? I have the full up version, apparently you do not. The trouble I was having was that the letter "i" and "j" look similar in the font PINC uses, that I was given the wrong letter in the registration code. PINC support figured it out, and fixed their system as well. You put words in my mouth that I could not get it to work for me. I did, you did not. Please do not assume for me, ask me direct questions, but do not come to conclusions you do not have the facts on. Thanks Rob
