Do I get this right? The only material that supports government's allegation is Andresson's notes about meeting, right? Is this only one-side of story?

I don't think MSFT was trying to prove that "not all of their meeting with Netscape were threatening", but to show that, just before that meeting, two companies were in good mood to cooperate and Netscape even invited MSFT to investment. Suddenly there were those "threaten" words all over the place. The logic explaination is either Andresson made it up himself or the whole things were a setup.
