Perhaps they find they need capacity in that particular area. perhaps they intend to scrap two boats once the new builds are finished. Look at the dayrates and the utilization numbers. They are not robust. Still a sub-$10 level for TMAR assumes day rates in the Gulf continuing to sink vs. the leveling off that I see in the number as of last month near $4,000-$4,200.
