Arrow Hd., The 6 month chart clearly shows that IBM easily outperformed the NASDAQ. If this is not holding up well in a bear market, it will do until a better definition comes along. I admit that I have a positive outlook on IBM. This isn't hype. It seems that when I disagree with a bear, they respond by accusing me of something. My positive view of this stock is reinforced by the need for personal attacks to replace facts or valid reasoning to support bearish views. BTW, it has been widely reported in the financial press that IBM held up well. Scott
