kazakstan goldfields has resumed their lawsuit against the kaz government as the government was not negotiating in good faith as they said they would. WWS continues with its lawsuit, and hurricane hydro carbons(once touting as the western success of kaz) is up for sale because the government is not paying its bills and buying product at world prices( 20% is a better deal for them) There are currently dozens of lawsuits by western companies against this government held up in US courts, over 75% are mining deals.

Mr. Menzies, you can waste all the time you want talking like a government puppet, this is no place for any company to do business unless you have critical mass like Chevron, and no SPE doesn't count as such a force. this may explain your inability to get financing
Try getting the cash from the gov't. They have plenty they've stolen.
