we know mann borrow stock to have in account to show investors as he has stated for private placement. Well, actually the Official Explanation is a little more sophisticated than that. But still screamingly funny. You appear to be forgetting something: Mann ALREADY had the 4MM shares. So why would he "need" to borrow another 480K? Through the looking-glass: try hard to believe three unbelievable things before breakfast.
