Maybe they want to avoid a 10-1 stock split. IMO and according to the SEC filings S will trade in the pink sheets soon. The naz' has got unwilling to support that crap listed on NNM. Syquest may fail in keeping the tangible asset criteria, so maintaining a $1 bidprice won't cure the situation. And they will have to print new convertibles when the suppliers demand COD and even cash advances and collaterals. IBM's Gerstner talks on the PC being dead, the NC coming is no help for any disk drive and media maker as well. R.I.P C.
