Your reply to Kathy was right on target, I couldn't agree with you more! I would like to add one more point for Kathy's consideration. Many companies agree to be taken over for "stock only", because it has such favorable tax consequences. Taxes on the sale of the company are usually defered, and the full amount of capital involved is kept working until shares are sold. This is usually only done if the seller feels that the buyer has great growth potential. Rather than being a negative, this should be regarded as a positive for NHMCF.
Lastly! There is no such thing as a risk free investment, we do not live in a risk free world. I have just recently purchased a substantial position in NHMCF, and feel quite comfortable with it's future prospects.
