Despite all the excitement over the 'deal' and joining to
the thread of ARET and other SI posters(welcome), we are
still looking at a borderline shell company, with minimum
and mortgaged assets, a few months post bankruptcy and
a 100 for 1 reverse split 'purchasing'(with what exactly)
through mystery equity , warrants and a supposedly shoppable
'note' from NUOA, itself struggling to finance and maintain
an operation. Somehow this will lead to an 'international
presence' and NUOA flush with revenue will purchase back
the Tunisian casinos.
Who is going to finance operations of these now intertwined
star-crossed companies. Who is going to buy flexweight shares.
what is the underlying book value of flexweight shares.
IMO the only road to share price growth beyond a burst of
penny stock mania is through revenue, and being viewed as
a realistic buy to institutional investors.
