All this is true regarding current NAV of DSSI shares.

However, the one big negative possibility (not that I have any idea it will occur, just something I've seen with other companies) that could change this is a dilutive event to current shareholders...such as, management issues lots of cheap options to themselves/others at these ridiculously low prices...company has some type of private issue to raise a bit of cash and creates a lot of new shares that dilute current shareholder value.

All talk is based on number of shares remaining about the same. Companies can print shares easily and crush the current shareholders if they decide to do so.

DSSI hasn't done anything yet to promote shareholder value, so I wouldn't put it past them to print a bunch of new shares that would more than offset any stock buyback.

I doubt this will happen, I am just pointing out that even DSSI at $2 is not a "sure thing".

I own more DSSI than I'd like to admit and I am pulling for us all to do well.

Mark.
