Johnathan, This seems to be the way to go, lick my wounds and sell the damm thing, then go into one of the others we have discussed. Don't hold much hope out for SHVA, but hate to see it go this way. I am going to be busy this week, and will give myself some time to think it over, but looks like it's time to desert a sinking ship before I go down with it. Charlie
