Bob,

They all have slightly differently slants on their techniques, although with different cosmetic approaches. However, ATIS generally seems to be looking at products with extremely large markets, so if they come to fruition all would look good ( cartilage, gene therapy organs, cardiovascular applications, etc....in addition to skin, of course).

There was a front page article today in the Miami Herald entitled:

Hope for ailing limbs: artificial skin

The primary focus was on apligraf of ORG's, with the main reason being the association with the Univ. of Miami. One interesting comment was that "so far, Novartis has received no reports of insurers refusing to pay, and federal health plan for the elderly, Medicare, covers it". Also, much other use other than venous stasis ulcers was mentioned.........any comments?

Looks like technically it is brushing up with 3 again, and there was a slightly higher amount of trading today, especially with a flurry at the end, with a later day very large trade of what I believe was over 40,000 shares. Still, only @1500 shares per trade, and exactly 200 trades today. Can't quite get over the 3 hump, and until it does, it is left stuck in the 2 3/4-3 trading range, barring reason to move lower, or simply year-end tax selling, which is possible, but I have trouble seeing it go much lower without bad news or another sector selloff. Looked like ORG and ATIS were both strong today, possibly because of the article.

Regards,

Marshall
