Max, Upgrade, downgrade makes no sense to me anymore. Personally I think that the house doing the grading has an agenda.... Watch DIMD tomorrow for a daytrade, if you are so inclined, News about a court injunction denied from the recording artists to stop DIMD from shipping there internet recording device. Stock is slightly oversold and on an up trend. The small base looks like they were waiting for the news and were afraid that it could go either way. May be good for a scalp on a gap up. Ken
