NS,
Change the *.qpl to *.zip and put the file in QP2Data\ Incoming directory. Then start update database. It's worked for me in the past. Didn't try tonight as the second attempted internet dl came thru fine. Sorry for any prob it caused you, Bob. You'll likely be OK if no 10/26 data shows in charts. Maybe the file is at fault.
