Hi Malcolm,

Frankly, the Amigos think there were institutional sales on the way down from $14. The outlook for small caps is getting brighter and the earnings momentum for APCO is just getting started.

Any institutional holder (or anyone for that matter) at this time would be making a mistake in selling. The best is yet to come. We are exeriencing a nice accumulation phase right now.
