Be careful on Ca. situation, from all newspaper accounts even with Prop 5 looking good for Indian Gaming, word is lawsuits will take place right away to over turn Prop 5. This still looks like a long term problem, INB may get money out of it, if the courts let gaming as it now stands to proceed until a settlement can be accomplished. State may change Wilson ruling which would help INB situation.
