Folks, Don't let Gary (thesaurus in hand) Gilbert rattle your cage. Judging from his posts he is obviously short NUOA. Gary's comments are well taken and factual. It's unfortunate you cannot refute them with intellectual discourse. The fortunes and market value of this company is tied to that of FXWA through equity and the note. Take a look at the SEC filings of FXWA and you will find using any respectable valuation technique another POS penny stock. Good luck with your investments. jmt
