Larry, irrespective of Sparkhead's comments, this stock has many attributes of most penny stocks and trades like a penny scam. What is different about this stock and penny stocks I've played is that people I respect have seen the products and rate them highly, the company isn't a scam. Management has done some pretty dumb things as it relates to supporting their stock price (preferred stock and lack of stock price support), but does seem to have the technology base necessary for success. I doubt that VTPI will ever become a direct outlet for it's products. That takes too much funding, costly infrastructure, and there is video conferencing competition. Purchasers of video equipment will demand the security of a financially secure supplier, something they don't have today. VTPI will require a Bell South or equivalent JV for success. The sooner VTPI understands that reality the sooner success for the company and shareholders IMO.
