As of yet I haven't seen any news on the web or on Bloomberg about the restatement. AMZN may decide to let the public know on Wednesday in their earnings report. They will do it on Wednesday. What I want to know is where did Glenn get today's SEC filing? I'll have to wait 'till the morning to find out.... I pay for a service that makes very filing immediatly available.
