Just switched from Checkfree Direct to Intuit's online bill payment using Quicken '98 for Mac. So far, it's been a piece of cake.

I spoke to a customer service rep because of a question regarding the directions. Naturally, I took the opportunity to ask her some questions about the company. She informed me that they have been getting increasingly busy of late, as many people switch from checkfree direct to Intuit's (Still checkfree, of course) service.

She told me that they'd be closing down the checkfree direct as of the end of November, but the other customer service areas have been growing rapidly.

I'll let everyone know if I have any problems.
