MILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Jordan Plofsky
was named Vice President and General Manager of Networking
Products, reporting to John Daane, LSI Logic executive vice
president of Communications, Computer and ASIC Products.
In this position, Plofsky oversees the product development,
engineering and marketing efforts for the Networking Products
group, including ASICs, CoreWare(R) and ASSPs. He is also
responsible for expanding and enhancing LSI Logic's
networking product line, which includes the industry-leading
Ethernet, ATMizer2(TM), HyperPhy(TM) and GigaBlaze(TM)
cores.
