Glenn, Freeedgar.com has filings available the day they are filed also. What Edgar-online.com has that Freeedgar does not is 144 filings. If you are an Edgar-online subscriber, could you keep us posted on 144 filings for AMZN (and YHOO) that show up on that service, but not on the Yahoo Insider Profile pages? Regards and TIA, Bob
