I'm no technician, but yesterday's accumulation of NOVL stock within a very narrow range was an extremely bullish indication of what's to come. As you're seeing this morning, others are catching onto what's happening with the company Novell. Volume has swelled to almost 2.5 million shares in the first hour of trading. I'm sure technicians are calling this a significant volume and price breakout into new highs. But as you know, us early birds are approaching a double in the stock just as the new birds come into the corn field to feed. It appears NOVL has entered into Stage 2 of a typical 3-stage price ascent following TA type models IMHO. Stage I, $7 - 13, Stage II, $13-20, and Stage III, $20-28+ ??? Just my own personal projections, of course with no time table on if/how stage II and III will unfold.
