Dipy:<<Ain't that a tad stupid?>>

No, I think it is a tad funny.

Dipy:<<I have never suggested bailing out. Just stay invested through the ups and downs -- is my message.>>

All one has to do, if they have the stomach for it, is to review your prior posts to get your message. And it ain't stay invested though ups and downs. If it was I would think you would not have sold your 20% or 40% or 60% or 80% or whatever percent you claim you sold of LSI Logic. Aren't you the one that suggested LSI would beat the market in the coming years and if you believed in buy and hold why in the world did you sell?

Dipy:<<But if you think that some bloke can tell you exactly when to sidestep the inevitable bear market, you are living in Fool's Paradise.>>

Bob, the "some bloke" you must be referring to, did not call a sell during this correction. I guess that means you and he have more in common than you thought. I don't expect Bob to tell me exactly when to sidestep a bear market. I expect him to discuss valuations and other economic indicators and provide his view as to what that might mean to the markets. I will then make my own decision. Fools Paradise or not, his model is successful and he is an important asset to all of us, including you, if you would take the time and make the effort to really listen to him. Jeff
