Manipulation? BEST? I just can't imagine it. <g> They held a strong buy through the upper $30s, all the way down to $5 and back to $9. They will hold this rating until MRVC gets back to $20, then upgrade. Why now if not manipulation? MRVC has been in a quiet period this whole month.
