Actually they have a new analyst covering the communications chip stocks. Joseph Osha is his name and his current "call" on PMCS was to move from a "buy" to and "accumulate" rating at 26 9/16 on October 9th. Kurlak is looking over his shoulder, but he is the main name on the research.

I'd say if you want to use ML as a contrary indicator, then wait until he moves back into a "buy". ;)
