PDC Innovative Industries Announces the Arrival of Major Equipment to Create Special Products

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 1998--PDCI Management (OTC BB:PDCI) announced Tuesday that the 500 ton hydraulic draw press capable of producing numerous critical parts for assembly of product was received this week and is now being prepared for immediate use.

The huge press is a major acquisition valued in excess of $500,000. The machine will allow the manufacturing of major items including the Hypo-Sterile 2000, the Mulch-Master Lawn Cutter and new products to be introduced in 1998-99 as projected inventory and in 1999 be able to provide the products to the buying markets worldwide.

The company has addressed the issue that certain Internet servers have apparently been invaded and used to spread information about PDCI products and progress that was not provided by PDCI and therefore may contain self-serving data for reasons known only to the pirate initiator. The company disapproves of the unauthorized material but is limited, as is thousands of other companies, as to its ability to halt perpetrators. Management will continue to use investigators who are tracking the e-mail back to points of origin.
