FYI, A few rules I use that have helped me in these volatile times: If I think something is really cheap, wait a while to buy, it will probably get more under valued. If I think something is really expensive, wait a while to short, it will probably get more over valued. Stay hedged against the market. Mix shorts and longs. Use the tape. Buy longs and cover shorts on big down days. Sell shorts and sell longs on big up days. Never commit much capital to a single position. Keep dry powder. BWDIK, WS
