Toy: You really believe that the weakness is caused by a certainty that MSFT can't beat the DOJ in court? If we are being a stickler for details, we must say that it is about the UNCERTAINTY of the outcome of this case that has investors rankled. I have no idea how it will go, but I'm sure MSFT will be a formidable opponent for the DOJ, something the DOJ should not take lightly (I'm sure MSFT doesn't take this action lightly). As far as I'm concerned, and I say this because my father is an attorney, you can't tell until the end how things will go.
