No offense, but I don't see any chance of a break out here at all;
this company is sporting a 10 million dollar market cap based on 12.5 million shares at the low side, and a 15 million dollar market cap based on 20 million shares, ( depending on which figure is right),

and ZERO in sales with mounting debt.

Why should this stock break out?
