Those interested in the "Dogs of the Dow" approach should check out the Motley Fool website www.fool.com.
They give the background on the Dow 10, Dow 5 and what they call the "Foolish Four" - basically the bottom 5 minus the lowest price stock.
They also have historial info showing how the group has done going back many years. I've been thinking about giving the plan a try but also appreciate the info on the funds that the rest of you have noted herein.
