Lee: just to follow on with Don's comments and add a bit of speculation. Don has mentioned the "Management Experience" benefit that will evolve if the JV partner comes up with the financing. And all with this company takes 10x longer than stated. But in addition to the experience, I do believe FASC is concerned about selling any machines until the technology is paid for ($500K), as there may be some recourse on revenues from the inventor. Do you know who the Board is made up of? Whats Jack up to these days? Phone Number? jmt
