I am better off running my whole system at 83 MHz x 4.5 multiplier = 374 MHz, or running the L2 bus at 100 MHz, the CPU at 100 MHz x 3.5 multiplier = 350 MHz, and the DRAM at 66 MHz?

PS FYI my K6-350 won't post at 400 MHz, although it may have something to do with my lack of PC100 SDRAM.
