Don i am not going to attempt to negate the present rise of some stocks but i am feeling that you have limited fleixibility in interest rates and a continued need to stimulate economic activity world wide. A fragile yen rising health costs A World Bank that needed infusion in my mind sooner than was expected and lull in all negative news.
