Thanks for finding out more on the stock. You are right in saying that they are exempt from the frequency auction. This gives them a protection until they are profitable and making money in New York Metro area.

As for the future prospects for the stock, I think the company is still undervalued. People at Dillon Reed recently projected $18 a share with a modest video business. (they just started beta testing) This figure, however, does not take in any money from high speed internet. So, it will be interesting to see how high the stock will go.

Let's hope the beta testing goes well and the stock to be short squeezed.
