Well, well. Things might be improving in at least one aspect down Mexico-way.

Mexico City, Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Mexico's two largest opposition parties presented bills seeking the impeachment of Central Bank Governor Guillermo Ortiz for authorizing government funds to bail-out companies and banks after the 1994 peso crisis, Reforma newspaper reported.

The article said there were two others called for impeachment on similar charges -- the finance minister and a former central bank government.
