Welcome to all the new DCI shareholders,

The following is a short background on DCI's EDGE division. This will give all that are unfamiliar with DCI an overview of where we are at now. But, there is more to come in the future.

EDGE

EDGE is primarily a pre-paid telephone card company that was purchased by DCI in May of 1998. The price was 4.2 million shares of stock for a company that was doing $8 million in ttm revenues. EDGE has grown so fast that DCI reached the $40+ million revenue mark with just this acquisition. EDGE recently signed a new $48 million contract that brings this division alone to the $100 million mark. Donnie Gross is a wonder as the division head of EDGE and it was Donnie that introduced TWC-Serg Aldo to DCI-Joe Murphy. This meeting has resulted in additional contracts being signed worth over $175 million in ftm revenues. It is my opinion that EDGE has so far outpaced what Joe Murphy thought it would do in revenues, that this is the reason that DCI decided to re-think it's continued acquisition strategy. There is no need to give away shares for revenue when you have Donnie Gross who goes out and gets new contracts almost at will.
