David: There was no confusion in the communication between Terry Goodbody and me. As per usual, I went over the action list at the end of our "meeting". The last thing we talked about before ending the telephone conversation was scheduling my Demo trip through Veronex's secretary. I don't recall her name at the moment (we just moved and all those notes are still packed). She was supposed to research early morning flights from Phoenix that would get me there around 9:00am so we could have about a 3 hour demo, then go to lunch, and get me back to Phoenix the same day. She was supposed to call me the following Monday or Tuesday. Terry Goodbody was supposed to relay all that info to her. Shortly after our phone conversation, I posted the note on SI documenting the scheduled demo of your Y2K tool and I|Nova.

Obviously, somebody dropped the ball. It wasn't me. I wasn't holding it.

The reason we chose October 8th was that it was the only date open on Terry's travel calendar that was also open on mine.

I admit to mistakenly calling Terry Goodbody the VP of Development. He sounds more techie than most sales guys I know. I know the actual head of Development is Tom Price.
