Thanks for the reply. You know, I'd think they'd be liable too. I've had this happen more than once, and it's just inexcusable. I might have to rattle their cage a bit on it.

As my earlier post today suggests, I've had less than stellar trading with webbroker. They have terrific cash management services, and I use waterhouse as my only bank account--but I'm increasingly leaning towards moving my trading to Datek.
