Well, I gotta say, the few application companies in my portfolio have asp's well below the $500k mark. In addition, they typically have extremely rapid implementation and ROI. That's why even though supply chain is mentioned as a priority, I'm steering clear, I hate huge lumpy deals.

I just think SEBL is less of a target than you think. But, I can't comment with confidence about performance relative to expectations on SEBL specifically.
