Brian, the things that I love about ucmp are its valuation (PSR<2, P/e ~ 23), they are doing very well without y2k, it will only be gravy, Ralph Wanger recommends buying European software companies and is actively doing so - they (the European software companies) are his biggest holding in Acorn international and ucmp does much of its business in Europe plus they have been awarded an impact study for y2k. Imo (this is the only speculative part of the message) this impact study may lead to a much larger contract.
