Welcome back, Jeff, and congratulations on the new job! Glad to hear your attitude has healed some. "it's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it" Have you heard from Kevin T? You might want to take a look at the new NFLI 10k, it's very comprehensive. You can go to www.nasdaq.com and click on "full quote" and enter NFLI. When you get the current quote back, slide down the screen and click on the link to SEC Edgar database and you will go through their search engine directly to recent NFLI submissions. The 10k (from 12/30) is slightly larger than 180k, and tells the whole story. I've never seen a company disclose so much information in such a fair and balanced manner. I think they're trying to bury the rumor mill by presenting facts. Hope you have a great 97! Omar
