Any ideas on who might be worth "rattling" to? I understand that sometimes internet trading won't be perfectly quick or reliable, but it does seem to me that something needs to be done about this.

Glad you're pleased with Waterhouse, Peter. I should say that later today, I did get my best-offer limit order on SIRN displayed on NASDAQ. And as I say, I love their ample and free cash management services.
