I think not only did ttf raise a legit issue, he did so in such a way a that is true in the sales process. Why is it you (and others) dismiss the ROI requirement of the CIO, when in reality the president has the same criteria. What makes you think the president is bwilling to buy on faith?

Moreover, let's just say this scenario is true *some of the time* and what we really want to know is *when it is needed*, what is the compelling ROI argument for SFA?

Avoiding the issue is fine, if that's one person's answer, but for all others who believe there IS an ROI, please lay it out.

Also, for those who do not believe there is an ROI case, please explain why there is a "payback" ut no way of quantifying it?
