One area that the consumer level 'net commerce/auction sites such as eBay have to worry about is possible (murky law in this area) liability for fraud and other illlegal activities. With PNLK operating at the business-to-busniess level, I think their potential exposure should be about nil.

In its prospectus, eBay admits the potential for fraud could be a problem. "There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to prevent the unlawful exchange of goods on its service or that it will successfully avoid civil or criminal liability for unlawful activities carried out by users through the Company's service," the document cautions.<<<
