Chris,

I believe there is a brokerage called PT Brokerage that allows after hours trading..i.e. between 8:30 and 4:30 E.S.T. They require a $25,000 account set-up and don't offer online trading, only through brokers.....they also allow you to buy between the buy/bid spread.
