Pure Gold Minerals Inc PUG Shares issued 26,379,471 Oct 26 close $0.285 Tue 27 Oct 98 Mr. Donald Sheldon reports The company has cancelled 800,000 stock options at an exercise price of $1.75 per share and 50,000 stock options at an exercise price of $1.00 per share. The company has reissued 700,000 options to directors and 150,000 options to employees of the company at an exercise price of 30 cents per share.
