Hi Ed,
I live in a neighboring town to Lawrence Savings. The local paper covered an attempted takeover last year - a co. from Cal. I believe. Stockholder meeting should be within the next few months.
We'll see what that brings. We have bought a position here. It's either ripe for takeover or some influential management moves.
