I was told a rumour this afternoon that there may be a coup attempt either tommorrow or the next day here in Venezuela. I don't want to start anything big since most rumours are just rumours, but if it did happen I want to be the guy who informed you first. Elections are soon so things are starting to brew here. Please don't too excited over this, it probably won't happen. Now on the oil front. Apparently PDVSA is not issuing any or many drilling permits. Money is a problem, so many of our oil driller/service companies are struggling with work here. shust
